| Duties: | Be part of the Langham Operations team in providing exceptional customer service; creative routing; carrier spot quote negotiations; and tendering, tracking, and tracing freight. Daily activities also include entering data into database, assigning and monitoring carriers, obtaining POD’s and shipment status, and updating customers on freight status. Strong communication, problem solving and computer skills are essential. Work hours will fluctuate on a rotating shift, will require rotating Saturday schedule. |
| Qualifications: | PREVIOUS LOGISTICS, DISPATCH AND FREIGHT ROUTING EXPERIENCE A REQUIREMENT. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A DETAILED UNDERSTANDING AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF AIR, LTL, TRUCKLOAD, AND EXPEDITED GROUND TRANSPORTATION. Prefer some post-secondary education. |
